So my IBM X4 Ultrabase has packed up and beeps manically whenever we stick any of our X40s into it. A quick all to IBM, not sure if its in warranty or not (its well over a year), ‘no problem sir we will send you a new one tomorrow, please bin the old one!’ – Fantastic!

Should’ve thought tha days rather than hours before I get my laptop out in front of clients tomorrow…
